Diversi sistemi di utilizzo del CBD e strategie di formulazione sono stati sviluppati, studiati e implementati per migliorare i benefici del CBD per la pelle.<\/p><p>Antichi testi medici presenti in letteratura descrivono che la cannabis \u00e8 stata utilizzata per secoli in diverse condizioni dermatologiche.<\/p><p>Studi scientifici hanno dimostrato le molteplici applicazioni e relativi benefici del CBD per il trattamento di svariate patologie della pelle.<\/p><p>Il CBD ha un alto potere idratante, in grado di regolare l&#8217;assorbimento di acqua della pelle e quindi bilanciarne il contenuto.<\/p><p>Da un lato, il CBD stimola la sfingomielinasi e di conseguenza, migliorando la scissione della sfingomielina (SGM), aumenta i livelli di ceramidi, rinforzando la struttura dell&#8217;epidermide e preservando il giusto livello di idratazione della pelle.<\/p><p>D&#8217;altra parte, \u00e8 stato dimostrato che il CBD aumenta l&#8217;espressione dell&#8217;acquaporina-3 (AQP3) che, poich\u00e9 migliora il trasporto del glicerolo in diverse cellule della pelle, migliora la ritenzione idrica della pelle.<\/p><h3>Azione di modulazione dei capelli del CBD<\/h3><p>E&#8217; stato dimostrato che l&#8217;applicazione del cbd in dosi diverse, presenta effetti diversi, probabilmente mediati da due recettori distinti.<\/p><p>Da un lato, <strong>a basse concentrazioni<\/strong> il CBD ha <strong>promosso<\/strong> <strong>la crescita ed allungamento del capello<\/strong> senza alcuna influenza sull\u2019anagenesi\/catagenesi n\u00e9 sul numero di cellule proliferanti negli HFL umani.<\/p><p><strong>Ha sottoregolato i livelli di citochine proinfiammatorie<\/strong> probabilmente tramite la stimolazione dell\u2019ADR.<\/p><p><strong>A concentrazioni pi\u00f9 elevate<\/strong>, ha mostrato attivit\u00e0 procatagenica, ha inibito la crescita del fusto del capello e stimolato un aumento del numero di cellule nell\u2019apoptosi, che sembra essere associato a TRPV4.<\/p><p><strong>Pazienti Adulti con diagnosi di alopecia androgenetica<\/strong> hanno applicato <strong>3-4 mg di CBD<\/strong> in tutte le zone calve una volta <strong>al giorno per 6 mesi<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Alla fine di questo periodo, i pazienti hanno mostrato <strong>un aumento del 93,5%<\/strong> <strong>dell&#8217;apparato follicolo pilifero<\/strong>, supportando l\u2019idea che <strong>il CBD abbia benefici sulla crescita dei capelli.<\/strong><\/p><p>Nonostante tutti i dati ottenuti, sono necessari ulteriori studi per stabilire la dose topica di CBD pi\u00f9 vantaggiosa per la crescita dei capelli e il meccanismo d\u2019azione attraverso il quale esercita questa attivit\u00e0.<\/p><h3>Azioni sebostatiche del CBD<\/h3><p>Il CBD (cannabidiolo) <strong>ha dimostrato potenziali propriet\u00e0 sebostatiche<\/strong>, cio\u00e8 capacit\u00e0 di regolare la produzione di sebo. Questo \u00e8 importante perch\u00e9 un&#8217;eccessiva produzione di sebo pu\u00f2 portare a condizioni come l&#8217;acne. <strong>Le azioni sebostatiche del CBD<\/strong> sono in gran parte dovute alla sua interazione con il sistema endocannabinoide (SEC), che \u00e8 coinvolto nella regolazione di vari processi fisiologici, inclusa la produzione di sebo.<\/p><p>In uno studio non solo <strong>ha soppresso la loro proliferazione<\/strong> in vitro senza diminuire la vitalit\u00e0 cellulare n\u00e9 inducendo apoptosi o necrosi, ma ha <strong>anche diminuito l\u2019espressione di MK167<\/strong>, un marcatore di proliferazione (Olah et al. 2014).<\/p><p><strong>Uno shampoo<\/strong> contenente lo <strong>0,075% di CBD ad ampio spettro<\/strong>, <strong>applicato per 14 giorni<\/strong>, ha dimostrato di avere attivit\u00e0 sebostatica in soggetti con <strong>diagnosi di psoriasi del cuoio capelluto<\/strong> da lieve a moderata e <strong>dermatite seborroica<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Inoltre, uno studio per valutare gli <strong>effetti del CBD sulle ghiandole sebacee<\/strong> ha dimostrato che <strong>il CBD esercita azioni sebostatiche<\/strong> attraverso meccanismi ECS e non ECS, avendo invertito l\u2019induzione della lipogenesi da parte dell\u2019acido arachidonico e di una combinazione di acido linoleico e testosterone.<\/p><p><strong>Il CBD blocca la stimolazione<\/strong> AEA TRP per la produzione di sebo e attiva il TRPV4, il principale canale TRP espresso nei sebociti SZ95, <strong>responsabile dell&#8217;azione lipostatica del CBD.<\/strong><\/p><h3><strong>Propriet\u00e0 antipruriginose\u00a0 del CBD<\/strong><\/h3><p>Il potenziale antipruriginoso del CBD \u00e8 stato studiato e sta guadagnando sempre pi\u00f9 attenzione visti i risultati positivi, anche se limitati.<\/p><p>\u00c8 stato condotto uno studio scientifico per indagare e valutare, in parte, i tipi di <strong>farmaci a base di cannabinoidi<\/strong> utilizzati e l\u2019evoluzione dei sintomi nei <strong>pazienti affetti da epidermolisi bollosa.<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00c8 stato osservato che <strong>le formulazioni topiche<\/strong> erano la via di somministrazione pi\u00f9 comunemente adottata e che i farmaci a base di cannabinoidi pi\u00f9 frequentemente utilizzati erano quelli che combinavano THC con CBD (34,7%) e quelli<strong> contenenti solo CBD (20,33%).<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>L&#8217;azione antipruriginosa del CBD \u00e8 stata sentita dalla maggior parte dei pazienti (90,9%),<\/strong> che hanno ammesso di aver avuto <strong>un miglioramento significativo del prurito<\/strong> e che pi\u00f9 della met\u00e0 di loro <strong>non ha pi\u00f9 avuto bisogno o ha ridotto le dosi della terapia antiprurito.<\/strong><\/p><p>Inoltre, in un caso clinico di<strong> medicinali sublinguali a base di cannabinoidi<\/strong> <strong>contenenti CBD<\/strong> somministrati a tre <strong>pazienti affetti da epidermolisi bollosa<\/strong> ha dimostrato un <strong>effettivo miglioramento della gravit\u00e0, dell&#8217;intensit\u00e0 e della frequenza del prurito<\/strong> e una diminuzione della voglia di grattarsi.<\/p><p>A sostegno di queste osservazioni riguardanti l&#8217;epidermolisi bollosa, \u00e8 stato dimostrato che un <a href=\"https:\/\/lamacoppasciences.com\/it\/cannabisstore\/olio-di-cbd-10\/\"><strong>Olio CBD al 10%<\/strong><\/a><strong> ad ampio spettro, senza THC<\/strong>, applicato per un <strong>minimo di otto settimane<\/strong> nei cani con diagnosi di dermatite atopica, <strong>diminuisce l&#8217;intensit\u00e0 e la recidiva del prurito dopo sole due settimane.<\/strong><\/p><p>Anche se non esistono ancora studi meccanicistici o molecolari che riportino <strong>l\u2019effetto del CBD sul prurit<\/strong>o occorrono ulteriori indagini scientifiche e statistiche per comprendere tutto il potenziale del CBD in quest\u2019area.<\/p><h3><strong>Azioni antimicrobiche del CBD<\/strong><\/h3><p>Sebbene<strong> l\u2019attivit\u00e0 antimicrobica del CBD<\/strong> sia descritta gi\u00e0 da alcuni decenni, solo a partire dal 2008 si \u00e8 cominciato a dedicarle la giusta attenzione, dando luogo a ulteriori studi per i suoi promettenti risultati. In diversi studi, <strong>il CBD ha dimostrato una costante attivit\u00e0 antibatterica contro diversi batteri Gram+<\/strong>, compresi i ceppi multiresistenti e il Propionibacterium acnes.<\/p><p>Anche i batteri Gram-CBD hanno mostrato risultati coerenti tra diversi studi, non mostrando alcuna attivit\u00e0 antibatterica in almeno 20 specie, tra cui <strong>Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa e Acinetobacter baumannii, tranne che contro Neisseria gonorrhoeae, N. Meningitidis, Moraxella catarrhalis e Legionella pneumophila, per la quale sembra essere un potente composto antibatterico.<\/strong><\/p><p>Il meccanismo d\u2019azione attraverso il quale<strong> il CBD esercita la sua attivit\u00e0 antibatterica<\/strong> \u00e8 lungi dall\u2019essere pienamente compreso. Nonostante ci\u00f2, \u00e8 stato descritto come un agente battericida con una bassa propensione a sviluppare resistenza che diminuisce il potenziale di membrana.<\/p><h3><strong>Azioni antinfiammatorie del CBD<\/strong><\/h3><p>I meccanismi attraverso i quali il <strong>CBD<\/strong> esercita <strong>le sue azioni antinfiammatorie<\/strong> non sono ancora del tutto chiariti. Tuttavia, interagendo con diversi recettori, il CBD contribuisce alla <strong>diminuzione degli stati infiammatori generali<\/strong> riducendo i livelli di numerose interleuchine. Numerosi studi sugli animali hanno dimostrato il <strong>potenziale antinfiammatorio del CBD sulla pelle.<\/strong><\/p><h3><strong>Azioni antiossidanti del CBD<\/strong><\/h3><p>Le propriet\u00e0 antiossidanti del CBD, proprio come quelle antinfiammatorie, rappresentano una delle sue principali attivit\u00e0 biologiche. Diversi studi in vivo e in vitro condotti su diverse linee e modelli cellulari di cheratinociti, hanno dimostrato che<strong> il CBD esercita le sue azioni antiossidanti attraverso diversi meccanismi<\/strong>, tutti contribuendo alla <strong>diminuzione dell&#8217;ambiente ossidativo e alla regolazione dell&#8217;equilibrio redox.<\/strong><\/p><p>In questo modo, <strong>il CBD ha dimostrato di avere la capacit\u00e0<\/strong> di diminuire i livelli e l&#8217;attivit\u00e0 degli enzimi che generano specie reattive dell&#8217;ossigeno (ROS), come la NADPH ossidasi e la xantina ossidasi.<\/p><p>Inoltre, si <strong>\u00e8 in grado di sovraregolare l&#8217;attivit\u00e0 della glutatione reduttasi e della tioredossina reduttasi<\/strong>, con un conseguente aumento dei livelli di glutatione e tioredossina, entrambi composti con importante attivit\u00e0 antiossidante.<\/p><p>A complemento di questo meccanismo di diminuzione dei livelli di ROS, <strong>Hamelink et al. hanno dimostrato<\/strong> che il CBD ha anche la capacit\u00e0 di ridurre queste molecole reattive chelando i metalli di transizione necessari per la loro reazione di sintesi.<\/p><p>\u00c8 stato anche dimostrato che <strong>il CBD induce l&#8217;espressione del fattore correlato al fattore nucleare eritroide-2 (NRF2)<\/strong>, che \u00e8 associato alla produzione di <strong>proteine antiossidanti<\/strong> e citoprotettive e per il quale il C<strong>BD ha dimostrato di essere un attivatore.<\/strong><\/p><p>Pertanto, <strong>diminuendo la produzione e i livelli di ROS e di fattori pro-ossidant<\/strong>i e aumentando le molecole, i recettori e gli enzimi che contribuiscono ad un&#8217;azione antiossidante generale nei cheratinociti, <strong>il CBD previene le alterazioni indotte dagli stimoli ossidativi nei fosfolipidi di membrana, come il produzione di prodotti di perossidazione lipidica.<\/strong><\/p><p>In questo modo, il CBD contribuisce a prevenire la formazione di addotti con le proteine, il che <strong>consente di mantenere intatte e funzionali diverse proteine importanti per il mantenimento dell&#8217;omeostasi cellulare, come gli chaperon.<\/strong><\/p><h3>Azione cicatrizzante per ferite del CBD<\/h3><p>L&#8217;azione cicatrizzante per ferite \u00e8 un processo di riparazione tissutale che rappresenta la risposta fisiologica dell\u2019organismo a un trauma lesivo. Deriva da un&#8217;interazione tra diverse cellule, fattori di crescita e varie sostanze mediatrici e avviene in modo sequenziale che comprende tre fasi principali.<\/p><p>\u2022 fase infiammatoria (primi 5 giorni);<br \/>\u2022 fase proliferativa (dal 3o al 24o giorno);<br \/>\u2022 fase di del rimodellamento (dal 6-10o giorno al 12-24o mese).<\/p><p>Il CBD \u00e8 allo studio come <strong>potenziale nuova molecola terapeutica<\/strong> per accelerare l&#8217;<strong>azione cicatrizzante per ferite<\/strong>. \u00c8 stata valutata l&#8217;attivit\u00e0 di un estratto etanolico di Cannabis sativa L. e di CBD puro sull&#8217;espressione di geni rilevanti per la cicatrizzazione delle ferite.<\/p><p>Studi scientifici hanno concluso che il CBD ha <strong>la capacit\u00e0 di agire contro i mediatori proinfiammatori associati alla cicatrizzazione delle ferite<\/strong> inserito come ingrediente all&#8217;interno di formulazioni come <span class=\"___SText_1vwy5-kmt_\" data-ui-name=\"Link.Text\">una crema per cicatrici<\/span>, favorendo questo processo.<\/p><p>Tuttavia l\u2019attivit\u00e0 del <strong>CBD come crema cicatrizzante<\/strong> \u00e8 stata osservata anche da Zheng et al. che ha sviluppato un <strong>idrogel cicatrizzante con CBD<\/strong> e ne ha studiato la <strong>capacit\u00e0 curativa<\/strong>.<\/p><h3><strong>Azioni di fotoprotezione del CBD<\/strong><\/h3><p>Le <strong>radiazioni UV<\/strong> comprendono non solo le radiazioni UVA e UVB che sono i principali tipi di radiazioni che <strong>causano danni alle cellule della pelle<\/strong>.
