04 How to UseHow should CBD oil be taken for the best results?

- Broad Spectrum: Identical to Full Spectrum, but with 100% of the THC removed.
- CBD Isolate: 99% pure cannabidiol, with no other plant components.
09 Drug TestsCan CBD oil be detected in workplace or sports drug tests?
Standard drug tests look for THC, not CBD. If you use a CBD isolate or Broad Spectrum oil (without THC), you are completely safe. If you choose the Full Spectrum option, high consumption could, in rare cases, lead to a false positive result, even though it contains only completely legal traces of THC. If you are frequently tested for work or sport, choose our Broad Spectrum!
10 StorageDoes CBD oil expire? How should I store it?
Yes. As a natural product, it has an expiry date (generally 1-2 years from production, as stated on the packaging). To preserve all the active compounds and freshness, store your bottle in a cool, dark place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

Select “Sign in” or “Create account” and follow the instructions to complete registration.
An account lets you securely save shipping addresses, view available payment methods and check your order history. You may also order as a guest.
02OrdersHow can I place an order?
Visit our online shop, add the products you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing information, then choose your payment and delivery method.
After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
03PaymentsWhich payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA bank transfer and cash on delivery where available. The methods available for your destination and order are displayed at checkout.
For bank transfers, include your order number in the payment reference. Receipt and verification may take 1–3 working days.
04SecurityIs payment secure?
Yes. Payments are protected by secure encrypted connections and 3D Secure authentication. Lamacoppa Leaf Sciences does not directly store complete card details; payment information is processed by the authorised provider selected at checkout.
05ShippingWhat are the shipping times and costs?
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 working days. Weekend and public-holiday orders are processed from the following working day. Shipping costs depend on destination and delivery method and are shown before confirmation. Standard shipping is free for orders over €49.99.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, carrier operations, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
06DestinationsWhich countries do you ship to?
We ship to supported European destinations and currently do not ship outside Europe. Availability for a country is shown at checkout. Certain products may be subject to destination-specific restrictions.
07Access PointCan I choose an Access Point?
Yes, where available for your destination. Select an Access Point during checkout. When the parcel is ready, you will receive an email or SMS; valid photo identification may be required for collection.
08TrackingHow can I track my order?
Once your order is handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number or link. Tracking may take a few hours to become active.
09ChangesCan I modify or cancel an order?
Contact Customer Service immediately at servizioclienti@lamacoppasciences.com. We can modify or cancel an order only before it is prepared or handed to the carrier. If cancellation is possible, any amount paid will be refunded. Once processed or shipped, the return procedure applies.
10ProblemsWhat should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Contact Customer Service promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the product, external packaging, shipping label and any visible damage or incorrect item. After verification, we will arrange the appropriate replacement or refund without additional cost.
11WithdrawalHow can I exercise my right of withdrawal?
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

12ReturnsHow should I return the products?
After contacting Customer Service, follow the supplied return and shipping instructions. Send the goods back within 14 days from communicating your withdrawal.
For the statutory 14-day withdrawal, Lamacoppa bears the direct return costs when you follow those instructions. Return products in their original packaging and intact condition. You are responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products opened after delivery may be excluded where the applicable legal exception applies.
13RefundsWhen and how will I receive my refund?
We refund all payments received, including standard delivery, except additional costs caused by choosing a more expensive delivery method. The refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until receiving the goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without additional refund fees.
1430-Day GuaranteeWhat is the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee?
In addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, Lamacoppa offers a voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. From day 15 to day 30 after delivery, contact Customer Service to request the return of an eligible product.
- Request the return within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be intact, unopened and unused, in its original packaging.
- Direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Original delivery costs are not refunded unless required by law.
- The refund is issued after receipt and inspection.
- This guarantee does not limit or replace statutory rights.
