Our e-shop has obtained SONO SICURO certification because not all online shops are the same. SONO SICURO is the first service certification of electronic commerce, issued only to E-commerce who are committed to guaranteeing high levels of service quality to their customers. The certification is issued by AICEL – Italian Electronic Commerce Association – which with its non-partisan position, can constantly monitor the behavior of certified shops. The certification serves to make the customer understand right away that the shop he is visiting is safe and that he is truly committed to satisfying his needs and respecting his consumer rights. The SonoSicuro certified store has accepted the Aicel code of ethics and answered a long questionnaire that allows the association to evaluate awareness in assuming great responsibility and eventually start the verification process. Once the procedure has been started, AICEL does not limit itself to verifying what the merchant declares, but takes care of really verifying that the requesting shop is really compliant. AICEL experts (Lawyers and Accountants) examine the shop, check that the shop has actually provided the information required by the consumer code and that there are suitable indications to guarantee the consumer's privacy. After the necessary checks, AICEL assigns a certificate with a code that corresponds to a single shop owned by a company with a VAT number.
