The courier will take care of checking the age of the recipient of the shipment when the product is delivered.

All Lamacoppa Leaf Sciences products are covered by warranty pursuant to articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code.
All marketed products enjoy the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code which covers any lack of conformity of the purchased items, existing at the time of delivery and which occur within 2 years of the delivery itself. They are excluded from lack of conformity and, therefore, from the legal guarantee
any defects or damage caused by accidental events or by the Customer’s responsibility for use of the products that do not comply with their intended use or the effect of normal wear and tear.
To benefit from this guarantee, the Customer must report the lack of conformity with a communication addressed to the seller indicating the defects and defects found. The Customer can ask, at his choice, the seller to repair the goods or to replace them, free of charge in both cases, unless the requested remedy is impossible or imposes disproportionate costs on the seller. It should be noted that the Customer has no right to terminate the contract if the lack of conformity is only minor.

SECTION 21 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND
Return
Pursuant to art. 56 of the Consumer Code, the deadline for reimbursement by the seller is 14 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal, the reimbursement could be withheld beyond 14 days only until the consumer proves that he has returned the goods or until these have not been received by the seller.
Our policy provides for a 30 day period within which you can return a product. After 30 days from receipt of the product, it will not be possible to offer a refund or an exchange of the goods.
To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, as well as be in its original intact packaging.
Various perishable product categories such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are exempt from the right of withdrawal. We also do not accept returns on products that are intimate or medical goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items that are not included in the return policy: Downloadable software products. To activate and complete the return procedure, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (in the cases foreseen and if applicable)
Once the returned product has been received and checked, we will send you an email notifying you of receipt of the returned item.
There will also be an additional notification about the refund being approved or denied.
If the refund request is accepted, the amount corresponding to the refund will be automatically credited to the credit card or the original payment method, within a predetermined period of days depending on the payment method chosen.
Gift certificates are also redeemable.
The total price of the goods will be refunded including taxes (any customs duties excluded) excluding the shipping costs of the products which will be charged to the consumer.
If the shipping costs cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, these costs may be charged to the consumer.
Late or missing refunds (where applicable and if applicable)
If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Contact your credit card company, refund processing times may vary between different card issuers and it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted to your statement. Next we advise you to contact your reference bank, considering the technical times necessary for the processing and disbursement of a refund. Replacement of products (if possible)
Lamacoppa Leaf Sciences undertakes to replace products only if they are defective or damaged.
To request a replacement for a product, first send us an email to customerservice@lamacoppasciences.com and following our authorization to proceed, send your item to:
